The District supports the File of Life® program and provides all program materials to our community members for no cost. The program is intended to provide responding firefighters and paramedics with a quick medical overview when a patient may be unable to offer one or may forget to mention something important. File of Life® program materials consist of a card which individuals complete with a short medical history (known allergies, health problems, current medications, etc), insurance, and emergency contact information. Residents then place the card in the provided magnetic sleeve and stick the sleeve on their refrigerator.
